Context
Starter Boost was a perks platform designed to help startups reduce operational costs by providing access to a curated library of tools and services. The platform offered over 400 perks, with potential savings of up to SAR 2 million, spanning categories such as software, infrastructure, and business services.
The product was built around a B2B model, targeting incubators and accelerators in Saudi Arabia. These organisations could purchase annual seats and extend access to their portfolio startups, allowing founders to immediately benefit from a wide range of partner offers without needing to source them individually.
What I did
I worked as the product designer, leading the end-to-end design of the platform experience from initial concept through to structured flows and interface design.
I designed the core product architecture, defining how users navigate, discover, and access perks within the platform. This included building the dashboard experience, where users could view available benefits, track usage, and manage access.
A key focus was on search and discovery. I designed the search and filtering systems to help users efficiently navigate a large catalogue of perks, structuring categories, filters, and interaction patterns to reduce friction and improve findability.
I also defined the underlying UX logic, ensuring that the system remained intuitive despite the complexity of the offering. This involved mapping user flows, structuring information hierarchies, and aligning interface behaviour with user expectations.
